  • Agreement to Terms
    • By placing an advertisement on MyDailyDay.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    • These terms apply to all advertisers using our platform.
    • Any violation of these terms may result in ad removal or account suspension.
  • Ad Submission & Approval
    • All advertisements must comply with our advertising guidelines.
    • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion.
    • Advertisers must provide accurate and lawful information about their business.
    • Ads that contain explicit, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content will be rejected.
    • We do not allow ads promoting pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or fraudulent financial services.
  • Payment & Pricing
    • Payment must be made in full before an advertisement is published.
    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
    • MyDailyDay.com reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect active campaigns but will apply to new submissions.
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy
    • No refunds will be provided for rejected ads, except in cases of processing errors.
    • Advertisements canceled before approval may receive a partial refund, subject to processing fees.
    • Once an ad is published, it is non-refundable, regardless of performance or engagement.
    • If an advertiser breaches our terms, we reserve the right to remove their ad without issuing a refund.
    • If an ad is removed due to complaints, fraud, or misrepresentation, no refund will be issued.
  • Ad Content Guidelines
    • Ads must not contain false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
    • We prohibit ads related to adult content, gambling, illegal substances, and discriminatory material.
    • All claims in ads must be substantiated and not misleading. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws.
    • Ads must be properly formatted, free of grammatical errors, and professionally designed.
  • Ad Performance & Liability
    • MyDailyDay.com does not guarantee specific performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, or conversions.
    • We are not liable for losses incurred due to low engagement or underperformance of advertisements.
    • Advertisers are responsible for tracking their ad performance through provided analytics tools.
  • Intellectual Property Rights
    • Advertisers must have the legal right to use all images, logos, and text included in their ads.
    • By submitting an advertisement, advertisers grant MyDailyDay.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the ad on our platform.
    • Advertisers are solely responsible for resolving any copyright or trademark disputes related to their ads.
  • Third-Party Links & Advertisements
    • MyDailyDay.com is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
    • Clicking on an ad may redirect users to external websites. We do not control or endorse these third-party sites.
  • Changes to Terms

    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyDailyDay.com operates.
    • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
